The Sidek Personality Inventory or IPS is an inventory or test to identify the characteristics or personality traits of individuals. This personality test is a test that has a 'Yes' or 'No' answer format. Individual responses to the items contained in the test are said to be able to explain individual personality characteristics. The Sidek Personality Inventory or IPS for short for example has 15 scales that are able to identify 15 individual personality traits.
