2. The recognition software reads your shifts, including dates and abbreviations.

You see every recognized shift before anything is added to your calendar. If a line is incorrect, you correct it beforehand. No blind trust, no calendar chaos.

Does the app recognize every schedule?

Printed schedules, handwritten schedules, screenshots from scheduling software. For best results, photograph the schedule straight and well-lit, without your fingers covering the lines. And if something isn't quite right, you can catch it in the preview before it's added to your calendar.

Data privacy, clearly defined:

Your duty roster photos are not permanently stored. They are only processed for recognition and then discarded. Processing takes place on servers in the EU. Your data will not be shared for advertising purposes.

The first preview is free. So you can see beforehand whether the recognition reads your schedule correctly before you pay anything. Only the completed import into your calendar requires an in-app purchase. You pay per import; there's no subscription that runs in the background and bills you monthly.
