Meine Schicht APP

Take a photo of your shift schedule instead of typing it all out. My Shift reads your schedule from the photo and adds your shifts as appointments to your calendar. Apple Calendar or Google Calendar, done.

You know the drill: The new schedule is posted on the bulletin board or shared as a photo in the group chat. Then in the evening, you sit there typing in each date manually. One wrong number, and you're on the wrong day or miss the late shift.

That's all over now.

Here's how it works:

1. Take a photo of your shift schedule or select a screenshot.

2. The recognition software reads your shifts, including dates and abbreviations.

3. Preview and export to your calendar with a single tap.

In two minutes, the entire month is in your calendar, instead of spending half an hour typing lines and still missing a shift.

You stay in control:

You see every recognized shift before anything is added to your calendar. If a line is incorrect, you correct it beforehand. No blind trust, no calendar chaos.

Who the app is for:

Nursing and hospitals, production and industry, hospitality, retail, security, emergency services. Anywhere where the schedule is presented in shifts and not as a pre-printed calendar.

What the app can do:

• Recognize duty rosters and shift schedules directly from photos

• Assign your own shift abbreviations (F, S, N, and whatever else is used)

• Export to Apple Calendar and Google Calendar

• Manage multiple jobs neatly separated

• Set reminders directly through your calendar

Does the app recognize every schedule?

Printed schedules, handwritten schedules, screenshots from scheduling software. For best results, photograph the schedule straight and well-lit, without your fingers covering the lines. And if something isn't quite right, you can catch it in the preview before it's added to your calendar.

Data privacy, clearly defined:

Your duty roster photos are not permanently stored. They are only processed for recognition and then discarded. Processing takes place on servers in the EU. Your data will not be shared for advertising purposes.

Printed schedules, handwritten schedules, screenshots from scheduling software. What it costs:

The first preview is free. So you can see beforehand whether the recognition reads your schedule correctly before you pay anything. Only the completed import into your calendar requires an in-app purchase. You pay per import; there's no subscription that runs in the background and bills you monthly.

Upload your next work schedule, check the preview, and get your shifts into your calendar before you have to type them in manually next time.
