On Training Monitoring for Cadet (OTmon) is a mobile-based application used by training institutions to monitor the implementation of marine practices carried out by cadets / cadets from the training institution. The content of this application contains reports on cadet activities every month while on board, correspondence between cadets and prala supervisors using the chat feature and output in the form of Prala report resumes for each cadet who has completed his marine practice. The legal basis for developing this application is to implement the Director General of Hubla HK. 103/1/7/DJPL-2018 concerning the ratification and testing of the cadet Training Record Book on board the ship (Training Record Book)
Development Background:
1. The time of education, the type of ship and the prala documents are not in accordance with the established rules
2. Lack of reporting by the education and training institution to PUKP regarding prala developments
3. Duplicate project work (Prala work paper)
Development Goals:
1. To obtain data on cadets who have and who have not carried out marine practice
2. To obtain data on the development of cadets during marine practice
3. To facilitate the reporting system for the development of cadet marine practices with training institutions and training institutions with PUKP
4. To make the data relevant to summarize the work time of the ANT/ATT IV TRB (Prala Work Paper) project
