Rejoes Fits

Rejoes Fits is a subscription for second-hand clothing. You choose what to take from our stores yourself, wear it for as long as you like, and swap it when you are ready for something else. No delivery, no return boxes: you stand among the racks and pick what you like.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose your fit in the app and create your account. Nothing is debited upon registration.

2. Walk into a Rejoes store and take what you want to wear from the racks. Photograph each item in the app, along with the price from the label.

3. Have your Pass scanned at the counter. Your month starts from that moment, not from the day you signed up.

4. Want something else? Return it or swap it, and take something new home. THE THREE FITS

Basic - 2 garments and 1 accessory
Plus - 5 garments and 2 accessories, 1 exchange per month
Premium - 8 garments and 3 accessories, 2 exchanges per month

Monthly cancellation costs €24.99, €32.99, or €52.99 per month. If you choose a 12-month term, it is €18.99, €24.99, or €39.99 per month. You always pay monthly; the term is simply the period you commit to.

IN THE APP

Your fit in one overview - what you have at home, how much space is left, and how many days your month has left.

Your Pass with QR code, which the counter uses to recognize you and allows items to move in and out of your fit.
Buy an item you won't want to part with, with a 20% member discount on the label price.
Your entire history: everything you have worn, exchanged, returned, and purchased. PAYMENT

Nothing is debited when you register. Your first payment follows approximately 30 days after your first scan at the counter, and thereafter every month on the same day. Payment is made via iDEAL or card. You have a 14-day cooling-off period, as with any remote purchase.

22 locations in 20 cities: Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Arnhem, Bergen op Zoom, Breda, Delft, Den Bosch, The Hague, Dordrecht, Enschede, Gouda, Heerlen, Hilversum, Leiden (2), Maastricht, Middelburg, Rotterdam, Tilburg, Utrecht (2) and Zwolle.

Je fit works at all locations: you can pick something up in Rotterdam and return it in Maastricht.

GOOD TO KNOW

You must be 16 years or older to become a member.
Clothing you take is second-hand and remains the property of Rejoes until you purchase it. You don't need the app to shop, but you do need it to track your fitness and have your Pass scanned.
