Scortisti calculates daily allowances, reimbursements, and earnings for international missions, and keeps the relevant documents. No spreadsheets, no manual calculations.

You record the mission as you experience it, route by route, and the calculations are done automatically.

THE MISSION, ROUTE BY ROUTE
Departure, stopovers, arrival. For each route, the means of transport, local times, and local time zone: the app records time zone changes, you don't have to manually convert them.

THE DAILY ALLOWANCE
Calculated by applying the foreign windows and countries actually visited, choosing the most favorable treatment from those eligible. The amounts in the table are editable country by country.

EXPENSES AND THE ADVANCE
Hotel, meals, transportation, and accessories on one side. Those not reimbursed on the other, kept separate and always clear, because they impact the result even if no one refunds them. The advance you received is added to your account: you know how much you have left, or how much you owe back.

THE MASTER TICKET
Master Ticket earnings are calculated route by route, with the option to manually correct them if the actual bill is different.

THE MISSION FILE
Invoices, receipts, tickets, and boarding passes are attached where they belong—that expense, that hotel, that route—by importing them from a file or by photographing them. They remain in the private area of ​​the app and not in your phone's gallery, and can be re-read together from the mission file. Attaching costs nothing.

COMPLETED FORMS
The advance request and the travel document (Form 19) are already filled out with the information you've already entered and remain archived in the file along with the other documents.

EXPORT
A spreadsheet ready to attach to the request: summary, accounting, and trip information in a single file. Or the entire mission in a ZIP archive, including documents, to be delivered to an office—and that same archive can be back in the app, on this phone or another.

THE BACKUP
An encrypted archive with a password you choose, containing your missions, calculation settings, and all your documents. It's your safety net against a lost phone or uninstalled app, and it costs nothing.

NO SAVE BUTTON
The app saves automatically as you type. There's nothing to remember, and nothing is lost when you exit a screen.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
The missions never leave your phone: there's no server, no account, nothing to record. The database is on the device, encrypted, and the key is protected by the system. When you open the app, it asks for your fingerprint, face, or device code. No ads, no statistics tools. The app doesn't request access to your photos or files: when you attach a document, the system selector delivers the individual file you've selected. The only connection it opens is to Google Play, to verify your subscription.

UP TO THREE MISSIONS FREE
Keep three missions archived forever, free of charge: with all calculations, attached documents, the spreadsheet, and the backup. The annual subscription removes the limit and adds completed forms and file export. Already-entered missions remain yours and readable in any case, even if the subscription expires.
