Seed - Habit Tracker APP
Most habit apps ask what you are aiming for. Seed asks for the smallest amount that still counts. If your goal is 100 push-ups, your floor is one and doing one makes today a success.
A FLOOR, NOT A GOAL
Set the least you will accept. Meeting it is a success, every time. You can still record what you actually did, but only the floor decides whether today counted.
NOTHING TURNS RED
Miss a day and Seed does not reset you to zero. Streaks that break on the first miss are why people delete habit apps. Seed looks at your last 30 days and asks whether most of them met the floor. One bad day does not erase a good month.
YOUR DAY ENDS WHEN YOU SAY IT DOES
A day starts at 4 AM, not midnight, so a late workout still counts for the day it belonged to. You can change the hour in settings.
CHECKING IN IS THE WHOLE INTERACTION
Open the app, check the habit, done. No forms, no mood surveys, no questions about why you missed. If checking in is slow, you stop doing it.
SOMETHING GROWS
Every check feeds a tree that grows through eight stages. It is the only reward, and missing a day never takes it away.
NOTES, PHOTOS, PLACES — IF YOU WANT THEM
Attach a note, a photo, or a place to any check. Come back later and see the day you started, not just a number.
REST DAYS COUNT AS REST
Mark a day as rest and it leaves the record instead of counting against you. Some days are not failures.
WHAT SEED DOES NOT DO
- No social feed, no rankings, no comparing yourself to strangers
- No ads
- No subscriptions, no purchases
- No account required. Start immediately, and link Google or Apple later if you want your records on another device
Your records are yours. You can delete everything from inside the app, whenever you want.
