StepONE is an innovative network of maintenance-free fitness clubs.

Unlike traditional clubs and gyms, StepONE operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can come over for Christmas, at 4 a.m. or when everyone else is just going to bed. We do not have a traditional reception desk, you do not sign long-term contracts, you do not have to carry another club card in your wallet and nothing limits you!

You can train with us alone, in a group or under the supervision of a professional instructor - in each club, our accredited personal trainers offer their services.
