Store Friend is a service that allows you to create a consultation chat window service on your website.
You can create a consultation chat window channel in the Store Friend console.
The consultation chat channel has manual registration and consultation window settings functions.
When registering a manual, you can register a manual using text and images.
When creating a link, you can use URL links, script links, and Naver Talk Talk webhook links.
The URL link connects to website buttons, etc., so that a consultation window opens when you click the link.
The script link makes a floating consultation icon appear at the bottom right of the website.
The Naver Talk Talk webhook link is registered in the Naver Talk Talk settings so that the Store Friend AI can answer when you consult with Naver Talk Talk.
What is the usage procedure?
1. Store Friend Login -> Create a new ID -> Create an account using your email as the ID.
2. On the Store Friend console screen, click the + button at the bottom right to register a manual document and create a new channel. 3. Click the Settings button in the created channel, specify the company name, greeting, company image, answer style, and answer length, and then save.
4. Click the Link button in the channel, click the Create Link button, and create a new link.
5. Check the created link with a preview, etc., and add it to the website where you will use the link.
How do I create a channel?
1. Log in to Shop Friend
2. Click the + button at the bottom right of the Shop Friend console screen to create a new channel by registering a manual document.
Is there an editing format when registering a manual document?
There is no separate format, and you just need to enter content that is understandable to a human.
It is easy to manage if you separate items or paragraphs with parentheses or indentation.
You can copy and use tables and CSV files.

How do I set up a channel?
1.Company name: Specify the company name to be displayed in the consultation window.
2.Company image: Specify the company logo to be displayed in front of the company name in the consultation window.
3. Enter greeting: When you first start the consultation window, a greeting is created by default if there is none.
4. Answer style: Specify the AI answer style.
5. Answer length: Specify the AI answer length.
6. Collect user information: If you select Yes, the name, phone number, and email input contents will be displayed when you start the consultation.
How do I add a link to a website?
Channel->Link->Copy link and add the link to an HTML button, etc.
Channel->Link->Copy script and add it to the head or body of HTML.
How do I add it to Naver Talk Talk?
1.Channel->Link->Copy Naver Talk Talk WebHook link and select the account in use in Naver Talk Talk Partner Center->2.Link management->Copy to the URL to receive the Webhook event, then click the Register and Change Event button to select all events.
3.Talk Talk Partner Center->Link management->Copy the Authorization of Send API and copy it to the Naver Talk Talk authentication code of the store friend. 4. Copy the code displayed under the Toktok Partner Center->Account Name to the Store Friend Naver Toktok account.
Can the administrator participate in the chat?
The administrator can answer after selecting Store Friend Console->Record->Chat Record.
Do you save consumer information?
If a consumer using the Store Friend consultation window service leaves a record of their name, phone number, and email, it will be saved in the contact menu.
