3Pilar Absensi is an internal employee application for CV. TIGA PILAR that helps manage attendance and work administration needs in a practical, secure, and integrated manner.

Key Features:

• Clock-in and clock-out
Attendance recording uses time, location, photo, and facial verification to help ensure the validity of attendance.

• Location Tracking During Work Hours
After a user successfully clocks in, the application collects and sends location data periodically to support the company's operational needs, including when the application is in the background, closed, or not in use. Tracking stops automatically after the user clocks out. Notifications will remain displayed while tracking is active.

• Facial Verification
Facial photos are used to help ensure that attendance is being recorded by authorized employees.

• Leave and Permit Requests
Employees can submit leave or permit requests and monitor their approval status directly through the application.

• Absence Corrections
Employees can submit corrections if there are discrepancies in their clock-in or clock-out records.

• Payslip
Payslip information can be easily viewed according to the available period.

• Attendance History
Users can review attendance records and previous attendance activity.

• Approval Notifications
Authorized users can receive and process employee application notifications.

• Company Information
Announcements and internal company information are available directly within the application.

• Account Security
The application supports login using a National Identification Number (NIK) and password, as well as a PIN or device biometric authentication if enabled by the user.

3Pilar Absensi is intended only for employees and users who have obtained an official account from CV. TIGA PILAR. The application does not provide self-registration for the general public.

Use of the device's camera, location, notifications, and biometrics is only requested when required by the relevant feature. Information regarding data collection, use, storage, and deletion is fully explained in the 3Pilar Absensi Privacy Policy.
