Caller Beacon

Caller Beacon gives you clear, local control over incoming calls on Android 10 and later. Connect the app to Android call screening, then manage trusted and blocked number lists on your device.

The app does not decide based on country, region, or international prefix. Calls from anywhere can ring unless the number matches an entry in your blocked list and blocking is enabled.

Key features:
- Enable Android call screening with the system role request.
- Allow contact access so Android can include saved contacts in screening. Caller Beacon does not read contact names or copy your address book.
- Add and remove numbers from a local blocked list.
- Add trusted numbers that bypass blocking when the trusted-caller rule is enabled.
- Turn the blocked-list rule and trusted-caller bypass on or off.
- Match numbers using Android phone-number comparison, so equivalent formats can be recognized.

Privacy:
- Number lists and rule settings stay in private app storage and are excluded from Android cloud backup and device transfer.
- Caller Beacon does not upload contacts, call logs, or caller data.
- It does not invent caller identities or rely on a remote caller database.
- Blocking is explicit: only numbers you add to the blocked list can be rejected.
