D'Anahata is a Yoga and Meditation training school, with the aim of providing the general population with a 3S Life: Serene, Sincere and Wise.
We are specialists in training, teaching and enabling people to lead a more serene, more sincere and wiser life, through regular and daily yoga classes, accessible to everyone, and also through organized, specialized and certified yoga and of meditation.
