eKosova

The electronic services platform eKosova is an electronic counter, through which any interested person can receive electronic services offered by public institutions in Kosovo via the Internet, shortening the distance, increasing the efficiency and speed of receiving the service.

The eKosova platform is managed and administered by the Information Society Agency.

Some information about e-Kosova:
- It is the only window through which the services of public institutions are provided electronically;
- Provides public services 24/7/365;
- Offers electronic services of the latest technology standards;
- Offers opportunities to make "Online" payments for services, through debit and credit cards, regardless of which bank you are a customer of;
- Provides information on electronic services related to the procedure and documents necessary to receive the service;
- It is in full compliance with cyber security policies for the protection of user data;
- Provides communication opportunities for any ambiguity, question or problem regarding registration, the services offered in eKosova, through the platform forum, e-mail, comments and messages on social networks.
