Elgin Vendas

The Elgin Sales App is Elgin's sales force tool, integrated with the Salesforce platform, designed for the sales team and authorized representatives/partners to manage their entire field routine in one place.

Key features:

• Customer management: quick access to accounts, contacts, and purchase history, with a consolidated view of each customer.

• Smart orders: order creation from the catalog, with price by level, stock/replenishment, last purchase, campaigns, commission incentives, tax calculation, and financial summary. Generation of PDF quotes and order details.

• Field visits: planning and recording of visits with check-in by location, questionnaires, photos, and recommendations.

• Goals: monitoring of the representative's sales goals directly in the app.

• Offline work: the app works even without internet—essential for daily field work—and automatically synchronizes with Salesforce when the connection returns.

Access is via Salesforce credentials provided by Elgin. The application is intended for internal corporate use and authorized partners. It is not intended for the general public.
