Panjalu E-Lib

It has been established based on the Decree of the Head of the Level II Regional Head of Kediri No. 0032/259/1978. The Mastrip Pare Library was inaugurated by the then Minister of Education and Culture, namely Mr. Fuad Hassan on November 30, 1989 which is located on Jl. Kerinci no. 2, Pare, Kediri Regency.

Public Library ""Mas Trip"" has obtained several achievements as follows:

- In 1990: Champion of Hope I National Level
- 1990 : Best Champion Rank I at Prop. East Java
- 1993: Runner Up II at the East Java Provincial Level
- 1994 : Champion II Best Public Library at Prop. East Java
- 1996 : Champion III Provincial Level Public Library

Hours of Service at the Mastrip Pare Library:
Monday - Thursday : 08.00 - 15.30 WIB
Friday - Saturday : 08.00 - 11.30 WIB

The Mastrip Pare Library also provides mobile services to Simpang Lima Gumul Green Park, Kediri Regency, Kilisici Pare Park, and all areas of Kediri Regency.
