AJH Resident is the official app for residents of properties managed by AJH Prime Facility Management. Everything you used to do by phone call, WhatsApp or a trip to the estate office now lives in one place — your statements, your requests, your visitors and your notices.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Payments and statements
• See your outstanding balance, what's due and when
• View every invoice with its coverage period and download the PDF
• Upload proof of payment and track it until it's confirmed
• Review your deposit balances and a full transaction history for the year

Maintenance requests
• Report a fault in seconds, with photos straight from your camera
• Follow each request from "reported" to "resolved"

Visitor gate passes
• Register an expected visitor and generate an access code for the gate
• See today's expected visitors and all your active passes at a glance
• Add a note for security when a visit needs special handling

Common-area bookings
• Reserve shared facilities by date and time slot
• Cancel or review upcoming bookings from your phone

Electricity and utilities
• Log meter recharges and keep track of your usage

Incident reporting
• Report safety and security concerns to management, with photos, and track the response

Estate broadcasts and notifications
• Receive announcements from management the moment they're posted

BUILT FOR ESTATE LIVING
AJH Resident is designed for residents of managed apartments and estates. It gives you the same records your facility manager sees, so there's never a question about what was paid, what was reported, or who is at the gate.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
• Your account is created by your property manager — no public sign-up, so only verified residents get access
• Traffic is encrypted in transit, sessions use expiring tokens, and passwords are never stored in readable form
• No location tracking, and the app never reads your contacts, calendar or messages
• Camera and photo access are used only when you choose to attach a picture
• You can request deletion of your account and data at any time (see our privacy policy)

Residents and tenants of properties under AJH Prime Facility Management. If your estate uses AJH Prime, ask your property manager for your login details.
