As the customer care service channel of Phu My Water Supply Joint Stock Company (PHUMYWASUCO), the software is provided completely free of charge to all PHUMYWASUCO customers with outstanding features including:

- Look up, view and download water bills.
- View image profiles related to customers.
- Register to install a new water meter.
- Report a broken pipe on the street or register to have the meter moved.
- View history of repaired information with images.
- Receive information notifications related to water bills, and information related to temporary suspension of water supply to fix problems.
- View company news, files related to water quality and water prices.
- Send customer requests and questions that need to be answered to the company.
