Farshtey: Understand Yiddish

Farshtey ("understand" in Yiddish) teaches you to read a sicha in the original — and understand it.

The sicha is divided into short passages. Each passage has two steps: • Study — read the passage. Every Yiddish word is marked; tap it to see what it means right here, in context. • Play — the same passage, without translations. Choose what each word means, build points and a streak, and finish with a comprehension question on the whole passage.

Each passage you pass unlocks the next, along a path of 24 passages to the end of the sicha. The first sicha: Shabbos Parshas Bereishis 5752.
