Graça Diária (Daily Grace) is an app developed specifically to function as an indexer, intelligent search engine, and training platform, centralizing access to the TPS Bible (Translation Based on Deaf Leadership) and specialized channels.
With a simple interface focused on productivity, the app organizes specific links and direct search tools, ensuring that the hearing interpreter leader finds the sign, theological context, or practical challenge they need in seconds.
App Structure and Features
The app is divided into three strategic tabs to facilitate and deepen your prior study:
1. Glossary Tab (Integrated Search)
This tab functions as a search engine optimized for biblical vocabulary. By typing a term, the app directly scans the Glossary channels in Libras (Brazilian Sign Language) and the TPS Bible.
The difference: Quickly find legitimate biblical signs in Libras (Brazilian Sign Language), created and validated by deaf people, eliminating doubts about abstract theological terms, character names, or historical locations before going to the altar.
2. Devotional Tab (Translation Lab)
Much more than a reading space, this tab is a practical training and mentoring tool for the interpreter.
How it works: The lead interpreter is challenged to make their own translation of the day's devotional. After practicing their signing and making their translation choices, the app offers a direct link to the TPS Bible, allowing the interpreter to compare their performance with the translation made by deaf people. It's the perfect resource to calibrate expression, grammatical structure, and gain ministerial confidence.
3. Contextualized Bible Tab
Interpreting the Holy Scriptures requires going far beyond a literal word-for-word translation. Our application facilitates this theological immersion.
How it works: The tool performs searches within the TPS Bible, directing you to contextualized texts. This allows for a deep understanding of the application of meaning blocks within the visual grammar of Libras (Brazilian Sign Language), ensuring that the message is transmitted to the church with complete clarity and fidelity to the original text.
