Home Proof APP
After a fire, flood, or break-in, the insurer asks for the list: everything you owned, room by room, and what it cost. Your homeowners or renters insurance claim is built on that document — and it is the hardest one to produce after the fact. Your photo gallery is not that list: it can't show when a photo was taken or prove nothing changed since.
Home Proof is your home's passport of proof. Document once — rooms, items, serial number labels, receipts, values, and documents — and the file exists before anyone asks. One home, a rental apartment, or hundreds of managed units — every property gets its own file.
Proof you can hand over:
- The damage list: your contents by room, in the columns an adjuster works with — quantity, make, model, serial number, purchase details, price as new, and replacement cost; depreciation stays blank for the adjuster
- Quantities on one line: six chairs are a single row, with a line total and price per unit
- Property file, handover report, defect report, and claim file: policy number, affected rooms and items, damage photos — each printing evidence-chain codes for verification
- For landlords, tenants, and Airbnb and vacation-rental hosts: move-in and move-out condition reports showing every difference with photos from both inspections side by side — signed on the phone, ending security-deposit disputes
- Photos in shared reports carry the date and time they were documented, stamped onto the shared copy; the originals on your phone never change
- Every photo, video, document, and signature adds a link to the home's evidence chain; each link locks the one before it, so nothing can be removed or altered after the fact. Verify the chain yourself at any time.
What stays with you in between:
- A maintenance plan matched to this home's type, climate, and systems
- Models, serial numbers, warranties, and receipts on the item itself; reminders 30 days before a warranty expires or a homeowners or renters insurance policy renews
- Service history and private notes on the professionals you hire
- Defects under tracking, from first photo to repair deadline to handover report
- A printable emergency card with shutoff valves, breakers, and contacts — offline
Who it's for: homeowners; landlords and property managers with dozens or hundreds of units; tenants who want a signed move-in condition report; Airbnb and vacation-rental hosts; maintenance managers.
Your records, in and out:
- Device sync via an encrypted shared folder: changes on one phone reach the other devices automatically; choose which homes sync — built for teams
- Password-encrypted backups, one-time or on a daily, weekly, or 30-day schedule
- Encrypted transfer files move whole homes with their evidence; import adds, never replaces
- CSV import/export (UTF-8) for home, room, and item details
Your data stays on your device. No account, no ads, no analytics, no cloud server of its own. You choose when to export, share, or back up through Android's document providers, including Google Drive. Turn on encryption, and everything you document is encrypted on this phone with a password only you know.
Your first three days are free — the entire app, no payment, no credit card, no sign-up. After that, creating and editing records requires a subscription: Starter up to 5 active homes, Professional up to 20, Unlimited with no app-enforced limit, subject to storage. Monthly and yearly billing.
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play and renew automatically unless canceled there before the period ends. Without a subscription, existing records remain available to view, back up, restore, and export — records are never deleted because of billing.
Some maintenance and safety work requires a licensed professional. The app marks what is observe-only and what is professional-only, and does not replace a licensed contractor, insurer, manufacturer instructions, or emergency services.
