Sivan is the scheduling and HR management app for your organization. Manage your team's schedules, absences, time clock, and hours directly from your phone.

A Sivan account is required to log in.

YOUR DAY, FROM THE START
The dashboard brings together everything that requires action: leave requests, changes, exchanges and proposed time slots, and expense reports. You can also see the day's time clock (attendance, lateness, absences), your weekly schedule, upcoming tasks, your hours balance, your vacation balance, and your contract.

THE TEAM SCHEDULE
View the overall schedule in timeline, list, or monthly view, by day or night. Each team member is displayed with their time slots, locations, and activities.

Switch between scheduled time slots, clocked hours, absences, and tasks. Add a time slot, an absence, a task, or a clocked time. From a time slot, modify it, swap it, or arrange a replacement.

TIME MANAGEMENT
• Absences: paid leave, time off in lieu, sick leave, training, and other reasons, with tracking of pending, accepted, or rejected requests
• Time clock: attendance, lateness, absences, and anomalies, by point of sale
• Tasks: one-off or recurring, assigned to an employee or a team
• Documents: contracts, supporting documents, and files from your personal account

PERSONAL
Find the employees and teams in your pharmacies. Open an employee's profile to view their schedule, timetable, information, absences, and documents.

HR TRACKING
• Time tracking: View overtime or undertime hours compared to your contract
• Leave balances: Current year, previous year, remaining balance, and total
• Expense reports: Submission, receipts, and approval
• Activity reports: Working time, absences, time tracking, and hours paid, by point of sale or across multiple sites

MESSAGING
Communicate with colleagues in your group, in individual or group chats, and share documents.

MULTIPLE PHARMACIES
If you manage multiple accounts, choose the one you want to work on, then switch when you change points of sale. Settings cover configuration, points of sale, roles, locations, activities, and access rights.

Sivan supports pharmacy owners, assistants, and teams on a daily basis, both at the counter and on the go.
