T-Ration (Telangana Ration) android mobile application is developed to bring complete transparency to the Telangana State Public Distribution System (ePDS) for the citizens of the state. Secure Aadhaar & OTP Authentication: Citizens can log in securely using their Aadhaar Number verified via a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered mobile number.
Quick MPIN Access: Set up a secure, custom 4-digit MPIN for faster, passwordless logins in subsequent sessions.
Smart Scan (QR Scanner): Utilize the device's camera to scan physical QR codes on Ration Cards or certificates for secure, instant retrieval of digital profiles.
Printable Member Registry (PDF): View complete family member registry details and download them as printable PDF documents directly to your device.

Grievance Redressal System:
Lodge Grievance: Submit complaints directly through the app. Citizens can select grievance categories, enter details, and attach supporting documents or captured photos using secure, privacy-friendly native Android pickers.
Automated SMS Tracking: Receive a unique Grievance Complaint Number via automated SMS immediately upon successful submission.
Track Complaint Status: Real-time checking of grievance resolution status by simply entering the generated Grievance Complaint Number.
