Tutor Organizer

Tutor Organizer is a simple everyday organizer for private tutors who want to keep lessons, students, attendance and payments under control without using spreadsheets or complicated CRM systems.

PLAN YOUR LESSONS
Create individual, pair or group lessons and choose whether they are in person or online. Set the date, time, lesson status, students, notes and repeat schedule. Use the calendar to see what is planned for each day.

MANAGE STUDENTS AND PARENTS
Keep student details, parent contacts, lesson prices and notes together in one place. Each student can have their own standard lesson price.

TRACK ATTENDANCE
For pair and group lessons, attendance is recorded separately for every student. If one student is absent, the lesson can still take place for the others. An absent student can be recorded with a 0 charge when appropriate.

KEEP PAYMENTS CLEAR
Record payments separately from lessons and always use the actual date the money was received — even if you enter the payment later.

Tutor Organizer helps you see:
• how much has been charged
• how much has been paid
• who still owes money
• who has a deposit or prepaid balance
• payment history for each student

Payments may be made after one lesson, after several lessons, partially or in advance.

UNDERSTAND DEBT AND DEPOSITS
Tutor Organizer calculates balances from completed lessons and real payments. A positive balance represents prepaid credit, while a negative balance shows outstanding debt.

GENERATE STUDENT REPORTS
Choose a student and a date range to create a clear report showing:
• scheduled lessons
• attended lessons
• missed lessons
• cancelled lessons
• amount charged
• amount paid
• current balance

Reports can be copied or prepared for printing/PDF.

NOTES FOR EVERYDAY TEACHING
Keep useful notes about students and lessons — for example, homework to check, a topic to revise, a quiz to run or something to discuss at the next lesson.

WORK OFFLINE
Tutor Organizer is designed as an offline-first tool. Core features work without an internet connection and no mandatory account is required.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL
Your tutoring information is stored on your device. You can create a backup file and restore your data later or move it to another device.

Tutor Organizer is designed for tutors who need a practical answer to a few simple questions every day:

Who am I teaching today?
Who attended?
How much should each student pay?
Who still owes money?
Who has already paid in advance?

Less admin. More teaching.
