Parobé Digital

Parobé is the official app of the Municipality of Parobé/RS, created to bring citizens closer to public services and facilitate the handling of daily needs. With the app, residents can request works, repairs, and maintenance, such as replacing streetlights, urban cleaning, road repairs, as well as request documents and certificates issued by the Municipality—all in a practical way, without having to leave home. The tool was developed to simplify communication between citizens and the Municipality, allowing them to register requests directly from their cell phones, track the progress of their requests, and contribute to the improvement of the city's public services. The application is constantly evolving, and new features are being implemented to further expand the range of services available, making Parobé Resolve a true digital service platform for citizens.

The application is prepared to integrate different services and sectors of the Municipality into a single digital environment, allowing citizens to access multiple service areas through a single account.

Allows individuals and legal entities to register requests and track demands, offering convenience for companies and citizens to use the same application.

- Multi-profile:
The system automatically identifies the user's profile (by CPF/CNPJ) and groups services according to the needs of each type of audience, ensuring quick and personalized access.

- Single service platform:
Parobé Resolve is an extension of the Citizen Portal and the Integrated Service of the Municipality of Parobé, allowing unified login (CPF and password) and access also via the web.
