Smart Payroll

Smart Payroll is a personnel application for SHG employees.

Accounts are created by HR. This application does not provide self-registration and can only be used by company employees.

ABSENTENCE
• Check-in and check-out with location verification
• Three attendance methods: face scan, QR code, and QR scanner
• Attendance is saved even when there is no signal, then sent automatically
• Request for corrections to attendance hours if errors occur

SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL
• Leave, overtime, daily permits, and business trips
• Expense claims with attachments
• Approval for supervisors directly from the application

EMPLOYEE INFORMATION
• Pay slips
• Absence history and reports
• Company announcements
• Meeting and visit schedules

LOCATION
The application uses device location to ensure attendance is taken within permitted areas. When the business trip or team monitoring feature is active, location is also used in the background and is visible to your supervisor. Location is not collected outside of these purposes.

FACIAL DATA
Facial scanning is used to verify attendance. Reference photos are stored on the company server and are only used for attendance matching.

SECURITY
Login and attendance can be secured with fingerprint or facial recognition on the device. If biometric attendance is enabled, attendance can only be taken from registered devices.
