Q. How are exercise heart rate and duration calculated?
A. onsim calculates your personalized target heart rate zone (onsim Zone) and exercise duration using scientifically validated ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) formulas, based on your age, gender, resting heart rate, and health survey responses.
Q. Where does onsim collect exercise data from?
A. onsim uses data provided by your smartphone and smartwatch. It collects and analyzes information such as heart rate, step count, distance, calories, and workout time to generate detailed exercise reports.
Q. Is onsim a medical service?
A. No. onsim is a health management and exercise guidance app. It does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
