LinkNet is the official app of LinkNet, your fiber optic internet provider in Divinópolis, MG. What you used to handle by phone now fits on your cell phone.

TALK TO US, WITH OR WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
Open the app and chat instantly, no registration required. The LinkNet assistant understands your needs, resolves most issues automatically, and, when it makes sense, transfers the conversation to a team member. Prefer to speak rather than write? Hold down the microphone and send an audio message, like on WhatsApp. You can also send photos, videos, and PDFs, and the team responds in the same way. The conversation continues from where you left off when you return, and the app notifies you when someone replies.

LOG IN WITH YOUR ACCOUNT
Use the same login and password as the Customer Center: your login is your CPF (Brazilian tax identification number). After logging in, the app opens with your name, your internet status, and your next bill. You stay connected for one year and unlock with your device's biometric authentication.

INVOICES, PIX, AND SECOND COPIES
View your open invoices and those you've already paid. For each one, you can copy the PIX code, scan the QR code, copy the barcode's digital line, and download the payment slip as a PDF. Paid via PIX? The app tracks the payment and notifies you when it goes through, without needing to send proof. The invoice for each payment is also available there.

YOUR CONNECTION, MEASURED AND RESOLVED
The Connection tab shows if your login is online, for how long, and the status of your equipment. Measure the speed of your device to LinkNet, reconnect your login when the internet freezes, and restart your router without leaving home.

MY WI-FI NETWORK
Request the name and password you want for your network. The request reaches the LinkNet team, who apply the change to your equipment; until then, your current name and password remain valid. The app shows the status of your request.

YOUR CONTRACT AND YOUR REGISTRATION
Plan, installation address, internet status, your data, and changing your Customer Center password. If your plan includes streaming, the apps will appear there, and you can access them without entering a password.

IMPORTANT NOTICES
Choose what LinkNet can notify you about on this device in More > Notifications: service response, billing and payment, outages and maintenance in your area. Offers and news only if you want them: this switch is always off and stays off until you turn it on.

You can delete your conversations whenever you want in More > Delete my data, without needing an account, and delete your account in More > Delete my account. The complete privacy policy is at chat-linknet.vercel.app/privacy.

The app is for LinkNet customers and for those who want to subscribe. There are no ads, nothing is sold within the app, and it doesn't ask for your location or contact information. The camera, microphone, and photos only come online when you tap to record audio, take a photo, record a video, or choose a file to send in the chat.
