1) 15 minute concentration method

This technique typically involves the following steps:

Timer settings:
I'm setting up a 15 minute work session.

Concentrated work:
Focus on something for 15 minutes. Concentrate on your work and try to accomplish something in that time.

break:
After 15 minutes of work, take a 5-minute break. This break is for relaxing and refreshing your mind.

Repeating the 15 minute concentration method:
Repeat the concentration method (15 minutes of work and 5 minutes of rest) three times to make one cycle (1 hour).
By repeating this cycle, you can improve your concentration and become less tired even when working for long periods of time. The 15-minute concentration method is considered to be a very effective method for people who have trouble managing tasks and managing their time.

2) Interval trot timer
This is a timer that manages interval walking.
Interval trotting is a training method that expands on the general trotting concept. This is an exercise that increases your aerobic fitness by regularly alternating between fast and slow walks.
The characteristics of interval trot are:

3 minutes of fast walking (fast pace):
