■ Service Information
- Service Area: Starting in some areas of southern Gyeonggi Province, service is gradually expanding. Check the app for detailed availability in real time.
- Operating Hours: May vary by region and day of the week. Follow the schedule in the app.
- Disposal Guide: Seal contents to prevent leakage and place in the designated location (your doorstep or the location indicated by the management office). We recommend separating recyclables whenever possible. - Exclusions: Items requiring specialized treatment under relevant laws, such as bulky waste, appliances/furniture, construction/business waste, medical/hazardous substances, hazardous materials, batteries, and paints, are not handled. Collection may be restricted at the on-site discretion of local government regulations.
- Delays/Changes: Collection times may change due to weather/traffic, complex access policies, etc., and notifications will be provided in the event of any changes.
■ Rates/Payment
- Seasonal and individual rates may vary by region and time zone. The latest prices and benefits are based on in-app rate information and notices.
- Credit card and recurring payments are supported. Payment method changes and cancellations can be requested through the in-app payment management screen or by contacting customer service. Cancellations will result in charges being suspended from the next billing cycle.
■ ESG/Recycling Direction
- Mubin operates with the goal of improving collection efficiency and recycling rates. Making recycling separation a part of daily life improves both processing efficiency and environmental performance. Regional sorting and recycling integration will be expanded in stages.
■ Personal Information and Security
- We only process the minimum information necessary to provide the service (account, address, payment, notification token, etc.).
- Data is transmitted and stored securely, including through encryption. For more information, please refer to the in-app privacy policy.
■ Access Permissions
- Optional Permissions
· Location: Used to facilitate address searches and provide service area information.
· Notifications: Provide notifications for pickup assignments/progress/completion, payment, and announcements. While most features can be used without granting these permissions, some may be restricted. Permissions can be changed at any time in your device settings.
