Stoptober 2026 APP

Stoptober 2026 helps you stay smoke-free for 28 days — together with several hundred thousand others in October.

The app guides you from the days before October 1st until well after the campaign. Before the start, you will see a countdown. From day 1, you have a clear dashboard: how long you have been smoke-free, your weekly overview, support, and a daily tip.

Every day, the app asks: are you still smoke-free? One short answer is enough. If you miss a day, the app fills in the intervening days as soon as you return. During the 28 days, you can receive a supportive message at 11:00 in the morning. If you tap the notification, you go straight to the check-in.

You see the benefits of quitting. Enter how much you smoked and what a pack costs; the app calculates how much money, cigarettes, and life days you save. That saving grows along with your smoke-free days.

Your motivation is always at hand. Choose what you are doing it for — family, health, or money — and add your own text and photos. When you hit a slump, open Support: quick help, answers, and referrals.

You earn badges along the way. On day 28, there is a moment of victory. After that, the app continues to count how long you have been smoke-free, and you will receive extra motivational messages in the app for months to come.

Stoptober 2026 works without an account and without an internet connection for the core functions. Everything stays on your phone. In Settings, you can turn off notifications or the daily question, update your details, or reset the app.

The app is entirely in Dutch. Stoptober 2026 is intended as support during the campaign, not medical advice. For serious complaints or questions about quitting smoking, seek professional help.

Ready for October? Take the first step and stay smoke-free — one day at a time.
