Track Yourself APP

Track Yourself is an app to monitor your menstrual cycle, ovulation and daily wellbeing, built around one simple principle: your data is yours, and it stays on your device.

PRIVACY FIRST
No account, no sign-up, no server. Everything you enter — dates, symptoms, personal notes — is stored only on your phone. We never receive your data, so we cannot read it or share it with anyone.

CLEAR PREDICTIONS
- Cycle, ovulation and fertile window calculation
- Predictions improve with every cycle you log
- Late period alert when the expected date has passed
- Colour-coded calendar to read your month at a glance

LOG WHAT MATTERS
- Menstrual flow, from light to heavy
- Physical and emotional symptoms, with custom ones you can create
- Mood and wellbeing
- Pill, medication and supplements with reminders
- Weight, body measurements and water intake

CYCLE ANALYSIS
See your whole history at a glance: average cycle and period length, how regular your cycles are, and every cycle shown as a colour-coded timeline grouped by year.

YOUR PERSONAL JOURNAL
A private space to write how you feel. It includes an assistant that answers questions about your cycle, symptoms and how to use the app — completely offline: its answers are contained within the app and your messages are never sent anywhere.

EASY EDITING
Forgot to log a day? Open the calendar, tap the days and correct your period in seconds. All predictions update automatically.

SECURE AND YOURS
- PIN or fingerprint lock
- Backup and restore, useful when you change phone
- Export to PDF or CSV, handy to share with your doctor
- Light and dark theme
- Italian and English

Track Yourself is a personal tracking tool. Predictions are statistical estimates based on the data you enter and may differ from what your body actually does. The app is not a medical device, does not provide diagnoses and must not be used as a contraceptive method. For any health concern, consult a doctor.
